How to fill out the form?

• On the field Environment select PROD

• On the field additional information add the following according to the action you want to perform:

  Guest Users - Invite, Re-Invite, Disable/Enable and Delete.

  Guest Users - First Name, Last Name and Email address of the guest user and Email Address of the internal contact at Nestlé

i.e. Guest Users - Invite,

Guest Users - John Doe, john.doe@loremipsum.com, jack.dorsey@es.nestle.com
